  • BAM!

BAM, which stands for Big Amplitude Movement, is a movement stretch class designed to enhance physical function for those with Parkinson's disease. This treatment focuses on improving activities such as walking and self-care by helping individuals recalibrate their perception of their movements to how others perceive them. Participants learn to identify when and how to exert additional effort to generate more significant, expansive movements, aligning their physical expressions more closely with those around them.
